A reality that has belonged to our family since the early 1900s, when a young Antonio Roversi, professor and university consultant, began to nurture day after day the idea of innovative and sustainable agriculture where nature is the best ally.

Thus was born a project in the name of love for our land and passion for a golden treasure, the result of dedication to the cultivation of olive trees: extra virgin olive oil.

In these 70 hectares, surrounded by a horizon of olive groves, Antonio Roversi, father of Del Carmine olive oil, has lived the past and present generations of the estate, working personally on the growth of the project, to guarantee first and foremost the excellence of the raw material and a high quality extra virgin olive oil.

A3Passi is the ideal destination for an experience dedicated to relaxation and well-being in full farmhouse style. Thirteen accommodations including rooms and mini-apartments immersed in a wonderful olive grove, exactly three steps from the sea and the most famous tourist destinations in the Marche region.

Azienda Del Carmine offers the opportunity to experience a journey through the colors and scents of our land: typical traditional dishes accompanied by our excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a simple and authentic home.

Nature is our best ally: we dedicate care and attention throughout the entire production process, so that cultivation and harvesting allow us to obtain fresh and genuine raw materials, reducing environmental impacts.

Every day we take care of every single piece of land to obtain fresh vegetables and zero-mile vegetables to bring from our garden to your table. In our shop you can always find fresh, natural and seasonal products.
